• Calendar events and schedules (with Google Calendar connection)

Google API Services — Data Disclosure

MyPA's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data Accessed

When you connect your Google account to MyPA, we may access the following categories of Google user data, strictly based on the permissions you grant:

• Google Account basics: Your name, email address, and profile picture (via Google Sign-In).
• Gmail data: Email messages (subject, body, sender, recipients, timestamps, and attachments) when you connect Gmail. This is used solely to enable the AI email assistant features — reading, drafting, and organizing emails on your behalf.
• Google Calendar data: Calendar events, schedules, and free/busy information when you connect Google Calendar. This is used to help you manage your schedule, create events, and identify availability.

Data Usage

Google user data accessed through MyPA is used exclusively to provide the features you have requested:

• Processing your requests through the AI assistant (e.g., "summarize my inbox," "schedule a meeting").
• Generating responses and taking actions on your behalf within connected Google services.
• Storing conversation context temporarily to fulfil multi-step tasks you initiate.

We do not use Google user data to serve advertisements, train general-purpose AI/ML models, or share with third parties for any purpose other than providing our service to you.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your Google user data with third parties, except in the following limited circumstances:

• AI inference providers: Message content may be sent to large language model providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) solely to generate responses to your requests. These providers are bound by data processing agreements and are not permitted to retain or use your data for their own purposes.
• Infrastructure providers: Encrypted data is stored with cloud infrastructure providers under strict data processing agreements.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose data if required by law or in response to valid legal process, after notifying you where permitted.

Data Storage and Protection

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your Google user data:

• All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher.
• Sensitive credentials (OAuth tokens) are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption.
• Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel and systems on a need-to-know basis.
• We perform regular security reviews and apply security patches promptly.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your Google user data only as long as necessary to provide our services:

• OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored for as long as your Google integration is active. When you disconnect a Google service or delete your account, tokens are immediately revoked and deleted.
• Email and calendar data processed by the AI assistant is not permanently stored beyond what is necessary for task completion. Conversation history is retained while your account is active to provide context continuity.
• Account deletion: You can delete your MyPA account at any time via Settings. Upon deletion, all associated data — including Google tokens and conversation history — is permanently purged within 30 days.

Children's Privacy
